Social media content is widely misunderstood. Most restaurant owners think more views means more money. But that's the problem. You could get millions of views and still zero bookings.

If your content is working but your numbers aren't moving, that's the gap I fix. If that's not your problem, you don't need me and I'd rather say that here than on a call.

What I do

I'll do five things for you.

Think of it as a staircase. Each stage leads to the next. Together they form your ecosystem.

Your brand one journey 01 Content 02 Profile 03 Google 04 Website & booking 05 LINE / Newsletter

Five platforms, one continuous circuit. Hover any step to see what happens at each stage

Your customer doesn't experience four platforms. They experience one restaurant, one continuous journey, all under one unified brand. The reel leads somewhere, the link is what they're looking for, the listing looks trustworthy, then they book. Every touchpoint should tell the same story.

End to end: the pre-shoot plan, calendar, captions, photoshoots, editing, posting. Every post is built around your brand voice and pillars, so nothing goes up just to meet our "post quota" and you always know what's coming next.

The channel most restaurants ignore, and usually where the bookings actually come from. These are Le Dalat's own numbers: what people did once Google put the restaurant in front of them.

Your own custom website and reservation system, all under your brand Full customization and database access without per-head fees.
Covers served What other platforms charge you What you pay me

A per-head fee punishes you for growing. The better more bookings you get, the more you have to pay. To me, that doesn't make sense so I'll build your site with reservations built in with no per-head fees. You own the data, you own the guests, and you can change or cancel at any time.

125,996 Jan–Jul 2026. Instagram reach up from 393 a month to a peak of 9,135 — 91% of it people who don't follow the account.

At the end of every month I take the numbers, organise them, and tell you in plain language what they mean. Then next month's plan gets built around that data.

Case Study

What it looks like in practice.

One restaurant, eighteen months, and the transformation.

Le Dalat/Bangkok, Thailand

Le Dalat has served the most authentic Vietnamese Fine-dining experience in Bangkok for over 40 years. The same family, same recipes being passed down and preserved. The problem was they had trouble attracting new customers so they tried posting on instagram, facebook, & LINE but it wasn't working and took too much time.

So I went in and told them to stop posting. We took a step back and I dove deep into their unique operational story, what their competitors are doing and how they could differentiate themselves. Their unique story gave new customers a reason to choose this restaurant over every other Vietnamese restaurant in Bangkok.

Once they had momentum, I built a loyalty program from scratch to enhance the customer experience. Then I looked at their finances and saw the reservation platform was bleeding them = $180+ a month in per-head fees. I built them a fully custom website with reservations built in. Fixed cost. Gave them full control and room to actually grow.

What to expect

What actually happens after you book.

The call20 minutes

You tell me about the business. I ask questions. Nobody presents anything. At the end I'll tell you whether I think I can help, or if it I can't, I'll say that.

The auditFirst four weeks

Once you sign, and before I post anything: market research, an in-depth look at your competitors, and a full pass over every platform to find where your funnel is breaking. We decide your brand pillars and develop your unique operational story. The thing that'll differentiate you from everyone else and I schedule the first shoot.

Month oneThe build

The content calendar goes live and content distribution begins. We monitor how it performs and make adjustments as needed.

Every month afterOngoing

Maintaining the ecosystem you've built: consistent, engaging content and a performance report that tells you what's working and what's not.

Rolling monthly. No long-term contract. I'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a year of it.

Morgan, founder of MKS Storyworks

Who I am

I'm Morgan.

I grew up in Ithaca. I studied at NYU's New York and Shanghai campuses and spent my gap year in bangkok, Thailand.

In Bangkok,I kept finding cafés and restaurants with real personality, forty years of history, a core value, an owner who could talk for an hour about one dish and then I'd look them up online and find none of it there. Generic photos and captions that could have belonged to any restaurant in the city.

So I started helping them get it out. Not by posting more but by uncovering the story that was already there and building strategies and systems around it.

I work with five clients at a time because that's my personal capacity. I want to ensure I can give each client the attention they deserve. Based in Ithaca, New York. Clients wherever they are.

Before you book

Questions you're probably having.

What does this cost?

It depends on what you need. one platform or three, whether production is in scope, whether there's a website in it. I'll give you an accurate number on the call, not a range designed to get you on one.

You're one person. What happens when you're sick, or on a plane?

I have systems for this. The calendar is built weeks ahead, so nothing stops because I'm on a plane or out for a day. Anything live like a shoot, a campaign launch is scheduled around dates I give you in advance.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

At an agency you meet the person who sells the work, and then you work with the person who didn't. Big team, high prices, and you're one name on their long list of clients.

I take five clients at a time. That's the rule. And it's deliberate because it's the only way the quality holds across all of them. You deal with me from the first conversation to the monthly report. If I bring someone in on a piece of it, I'll tell you who and why.

We don't have good photos. Is that a problem?

No — it's usually the first thing we fix. I direct the shoot either way: the brief, the shot list, what every frame is for. When I'm local I shoot it myself. When I'm not, I brief a production partner near you and direct from there. The direction is mine regardless.

How long before this shows up in the numbers?

Google Business Profile moves fastest; often a few weeks. Social is a longer build; think in quarters. Anyone promising faster than that on organic is guessing.

You're in New York and my restaurant isn't.

Le Dalat is in Bangkok, and I've never needed to be in the room for the strategy, the writing, or the reporting. The only part that needs someone physically present is camera work.

What do you need from me every month?

Depends how hands-on you want to be. Some clients want to be in the day to day. Usually we meet monthly or every other week and build things together. Others may want to hand it over and see it work; I deliver, and we meet when it works best for you. Both are fine. What you won't have to do is chase me for an update.

Do you only work with restaurants?

Restaurants and lifestyle brands. If you're outside that, I'll see if we can still work together but if not I'll tell you on the call rather than force you into a retainer.

Story earns the attention. Ecosystem converts it.

Twenty minutes. I'll ask about your business, you ask whatever you want, and if it isn't a fit I'll say so on the call.
